All depends on how well the materials were mixed prior to and during injection, once worked nest to a small plant that did injection molded parts some time they would get more bed parts than good, I think it was mostly do to quality control, oh well that was a long time ago.
We have a fellow the is into repairing foames, and he does it quite well
