The best laminating epoxy I have found is from Tap Plastics. It is there 4 to 1 epoxy and used for years to make glass parts and fuselages for Dick Hanson Models. It is a true laminating epoxy and is a ton harder than West Systems whether making glass parts or just doing laminations or glassing wings
