I realized that right after i posted but got busy and didn't get a chance to modify it. Anyway what Regs have changed or come into play after the NPRM and all the comments is what I meant to ask. I.E. is the FAA or anyone heard of the FAA enforcing any new REGs, such as the 5 mile limit from towered airports ect.
