I suspect they will. A lot of people switched not just to electric, but small electrics, because of cost. When the economy returns and they want something larger they may decide to go glow. I don't think it will ever be as it was, but better than now.
I guess it depends on what region you live in, but I don't think the economy is going to get much better than what is now.
What is even sadder (more sad?) than Fox (and others) not producing engines anymore is that there are no new (not many) people joining the hobby, not even flying electrics. And those who remain are saturated with glow engines. Look at the sales ads in here and other sites, the glow engines (2 and 4 strokes) are getting dumped at incredible prices. No manufacturer can do business in these conditions. I have a few extra engines with no planes, so I can't even justify buying any new engines unless it is a game-changer improvement over the exisiting engines.
