I do the same as KaP0211 but I don't always cut it in half . If I install it before the rudder is glued in place I cut the covering and balsa so it fits properly ad then drill two 2-56 bolts thru the bracket and rudder and bolt it in place and yes I use CA also . I have never had one come loose yet. They are a nice tail wheel . If you need to install them after the rudder is glued in place then sometimes its easyest to cut ithe bracket in half or you could just use two control horns if you have them and save the bracket .
