I guess the problem with not complaining is that they won't hear what is wrong, and get a chance to fix it. Sure, business would probably slow, but would they (or any company) realize it was service issues? Hardly a day goes by when you purchase something and don't get asked to fill out a survey, companies want to hear the good and the bad. I think there's a way to send that message so it's heard. If enough people do that, and there is no change, then it's on the company to suffer the consequences.

And people will not stop buying from them, so these threads will continue. Forever.
Now, I'll tread lightly as to not appear to defend this company, but objectively, it would appear that people not only continue to buy from them, but do so in such a manner as to have them continue to expand. I believe the csr from NY said that they were put in place to try to try to raise the level of response to service issues. I'd call that change. If it's enough, if it's perfect etc etc remains to be seen.
