Hey Mike how about a dedicated cart with a table on top with shelving and opening on one side to slide wings in and out? put it on wheels so it can be moved around, make it same height as your benches so if you are working on something huge you can move it over and have more area...... as for the window at least put a blind on it so youarent showing would be thieves whats inside(thats the business I'm in ,keeping them *******s out) don't advertise what you have as well as protecting the paint.. I've also seen depending on how high your ceiling is a drop down platform with foam on it where you just lay the wings on it flat... a series of bullies and rope and it comes down evenly, or I'm sure you could motorize it too
