NOTthe place to take the FAA to task for whatever it is you don't believe in or agree with. If you wish to tilt windmills with the FAA I can suggest the names of several very good aviation lawyers you can try to take your case, but please take your agreements/disagreements with the authorities private rather than waste a lot of bandwidth about the various legalities. Now if you happen to be a lawyer, please take your case to someone who can do something about it rather than spew forth you hopes and wishes on the members of this forum.
