I came across this German company a few years ago, they make some superb servo arm and control surface horns which I have not found similar anywhere else. Made from a high temp carbon mix moulding these horns and arms are very strong, so easy to mount as you only have to drill holes not make slots, and best of all the servo arms and the horns are all Y ended so the ball link is supported both sides.

I've used them on my recent builds and are bullet proof.... loads of different sizes, reaches, heights etc.
