I ended up winning the buggy on ebay for $26. It came with new gears, new motor, and everything i would need to convert my tl 01. Only thing missing is the front dogbones. Gonna try out 2wd and see how it does before i get some. great thought on getting the roller instead of buying parts that would have to come from all over the world and end up at least $100. I just need new batteries and i can get it going. Am i looking at nimh batteries for the tl 01? I dont want to change out the esc or plug setup. yet. I may go with lipo eventually but for now i just want it to run and nimh batteries are $10 each with a 2 hr charger only $8. So with the roller chassis having all of the parts i need except front dog bones, then i get 2 batts and a charger i am only in it for $60 total. Not too bad really. Thanks for all of the help.
