I agree!! but the truth about thrust is that thrust from fuel burn (gas or glow, doesn't matter) is less manageable than thrust from electricity. So it depends entirely on what you are trying to achieve.

What gas and glow in Pattern need is a good gear/belt reduction unit. "Good" means effective, long lived and very lightweight.
