Ace Hardware. Sometimes a local Eagle hardware or Lowes or Home Depot will have them. Best bet is a small local hardware store.

I buy all my hex bolts, blind nuts, shop towels, sandpaper, rubbing alchohol(thining epoxy), at the local Ace Hrdwre. About 1/2 the cost of the hobby shop.
