Hi all...
Well; I dismounted the motor and found this...

But after that I realized that several magnets were loose... very hard to move but loose at the end (actually I couldn't remove them and I didn't want to force them neither)

Now, the question is: HOW CAN I FIX THIS? (note: buying another one is out of question...)
