Not sure what will fit yet, so I'm not sure if the 127mm fan will fit, but another concern I have is all up weight. In the air the plane seems to handle the weight easily, but I fly from grass and higher weight will ultimately take it's toll on the landing gear and associated structure. Based on published weights the 127 would end up about .5kg heavier, once the corresponding weight is added to the front for balance. Not a lot, but something to consider. I'll have to make a decision once the plane arrives as they're coming in anywhere from 15 to 20kg. With regard to the ESC, how will the Platinum Pro 120A handle being in an enclosed fuse with no air flow? Most setups I've seen are using some type of cooling fan to keep ESC temps in check.

The 590Kv long can is the only one I would recommend, and only up to 12s with the JF. We have the combos here:

If you can fit it I would also recommend looking at our Extreme CNC Alloy 127mm fan with 11 blade ramtec rotor and HET 800 series motor. The heat issue is largely gone with my fan housing as it acts like one big heatsink and with the airflow through the fan the convection cooling is very effective. I have customers in the US flying my fan on 14 cells in large Jet Teng viperjets, 1.8 metre wingspan 10kg models, quite draggy but still hitting 170mph+. Smaller sports jets are hitting 170mph+ on 12 cells.
You can find the Extreme Alloy 11 blader combo here:

I recommend our Platinum PRO 120A HV-ESC for both these fans on 12s, very tough ESC with excellent programming features. Waiting on stock of these right now, fans and motors all in stock. Also bear in mind all pricing is in AUD, so when its converted back to USD by your bank the prices are lower, for example the Extreme 127mm Alloy fan at AUD$499.00 is going to end up around USD$380 when converted, I don't think you will find a better deal anywhere for an assembled dynamically balanced ready to install fan!
