So I have been browsing around on here and the UK forum and haven't found any answers to fit what I need.

I am wanting to modify my Taigen mantlet to the narrow style like on this tank. I am not sure what the best way to do this is. If there are cheap resin ones you just buy and swap or just cut the stock one down and reshape it. But the biggest issue is how do you get it off? I didn't want to pry at it or anything and risk breaking it.
