These 1/16 tracks mimic the real thing used on the T-34 as they were designed primarily for the snow conditions in the East. They are an even improved version from the BT-7 and earlier T-57 and T-34 tanks as those were basically stamped metal rivited together.

They would appear to be not so good on a fibrous material like carpet or even for lateral grip.
