One more piece of information. If I start without the gas valve in line, I seem to get enough flow of propane with my regulator turned all the way open to get the EGT temp up on the first start. I start with my regulator open two clicks and then open it full during propane start to get the EGT temp up. I'm inclined to open up the fitting (a couple of drill sizes) between the valve and the line to the engine in order to increase the flow to the turbine.
