As it states on the statement made by Anton, the scale is based on two competitor models. If we scale it 1:3.5, people will expect sizes comparable to the Tomahawk which is appx 12" longer and advertised as 1:3.5 / 137" long. The Skygate has scaled theirs at 1:3.75 and is only 1" shorter than ours. Your measurements basically says that both Skygate and Tomahawk are off on their scale. We are comparing our model with the current available models so as to make sure there is no confusion in size comparison.
