I just put the plane on a balancer and my CG would be 1.75 inches behind the wing tube with my batteries hanging off the back of the tray.
Is your thrust at 0 with respect to the flat of the fuselage with the canopy removed? Are your incidences relative to the engine thrust or the fuselage flat area with the canopy removed? Have you made any more CG or incidence changes again since you posted?
