Since AT&T closed their free text to speech wav generator, I use a speech recorder app on my phone that records me saying whatever I need for the Tx, and generates a wav file. By coincidence with what you want, my first one is a low fuel warning to be triggered at a certain mAh reading from the MUI30 set in the fuel pump wires.
