I received my VVRC 40 Twin back from Valley view RC after having the crankshaft replaced on warranty.
Flew seven 10 to 12 minute flights this weekend. It starts easily, runs well with lots of power. After a few gentle flights it would rev to 7500 RPM with a 20x8 prop. Prop tip speed is getting a little high (and loud) so might go to a 20x10 to drop the RPM back a bit.
It is a good powerful engine that fits nicely inside the cowls of a range of 30cc size models.
Support from VVRC was great. Hope the new crankshaft lasts a long time, great little engine.
