WORNBOOTS.... The box that pops up when I try to upload my custom avatar looks just like the pic. you attached except the box has nothing in it.. The only writing is the writing at the top and it is different than what yours says(rc universe discussion - microsoft internet explorer provide...) here is what nine says at the top of the box.
