Here we go. I warned you guy's I'd be slow. Life can be busy. But today I broke out the blessed box from way up north and removed half of the contents. The second kit was carefully packed away, hopefully not needed for many years.

I've pulled my Jett 428 engine from my souped up Hots with tuned pipe and sport carb (147 mph in that ride!) Reviewed plans, parts and instructions. And I just finished hours of pouring through this thread. I've clipped every post that I thought had info I might possibly want.

Again, I'm not a fast builder. Some people say I'm lazy. I prefer to think of myself as thoughtful.

So it's finally bubbled up to the top of the list. I've got some parts to order, some thinking to do. Won't start this week or next, but its coming.

In reviewing, MJD's technique of fairing with the cardboard tube was revelation! I'm planning my construction and found this just in time. I'm still considering what I'll do on top. Lots of other good stuff in there from lots of other folks. Thanks to all. Give me a little time and I'll be posting stuff too.
