I'm still browsing all things Demon. Please tell me about the setup you show in post 39 of the SD .65 thread. This looks fantastic!

It's where you are slotting the TE of your fins to inset the CF strip. So it looks like a Dremel saw blade. Hard to find those these days, More importantly, what is the fixture? Tell us about the table, the tool, how it's set up. This is exactly what I've been after for years. I've done them by hand, then with a jigged X-acto blade, but this looks like the cat's meow for TE stiffening.
