Wish I could answer your questions but I have only been working on it a little at a time. My guess would be about 12 hours as is. I think I did more sitting and looking at it before doing any work then anything else. I hate doing things over! The formed plastic wheel pants went in the trash and I ordered a set from Tower. Also I had to bend the gear just a little forward to give the back of the wheel pants ground clearance that is when I painted the gear black. I am not a big fan of the stick on graphics for the cowl so I am masking it off and painting it I am thinking about adding Different Mfg. decals to it also. I had a spare set of 3" dia. wheels so that is what went on it I don't have a clue as to what it weighs. I will put the Super Tigre 90 on it so I figure that will haul it around ok for me. I am still new to this. Been flying for 7 months most of the last 2 month have been flying my GP Venus 40 with an OS 70 four stroke. I like to play but haven't got into the 3D stuff. I just hope Sponge Bob can fly
