Got the ailerons installed. The kit came with larger robart style hinges. All holes where pre drilled and I test fitted the ailerons before I glued them together. I used q-tips to damped the holes with a little water. I then put a dropped of gorilla glue into each hole. I used another q-tip to push the glue down deep into the hole. Once I had the ailerons installed I used painters tape to hold them in place so they would not move. Here is couple of pics.
