Hello, I have a Webra .61 Rear Exhaust engine that has been ran for about a total of 3-4 hours, then circumstances put my hobby on hold. That was roughly 8-10 years ago. Recently I am able to start getting back into the hobby, I have not tried to start it at all, I can turn the engine by hand, but it is noticeably stiff to turn. Wanting to know the best way to go about inspection / prepping this engine to hopefully be able to use it again.
