Oh yes, my favorite hinges a few decades back! I believe the Sonic-Tronics poly hinges may still be available and a quick look shows several sources on Ebay. I still have several packages of both the these and the Hayes hinges hanging on a peg in my shop. Still use them on occasion. Though harder to install, they were far superior to any of the Easy style CA hinges.
