Whether or not the AMA's efforts have been effective or not remains to be seen. Whether the $1M in membership money spent on lobbying was worth it or not remains to be seen.

Haven't you stated in previous posts the $1M was a complete waste money? Now you're saying the ROI remains to be seen? Which is it?

IMO, the larger concern is what follows this if registration does not solve the problem.
