A bit of weight-savings could still be had, I think. I used an Orange Fasst 8ch receiver, which are a bit large and I used a standard Futaba switch. The root ribs are 1/8" lite ply, which might be overkill. LE and TE sheeting are 1x1/16" balsa. Ribs are 3/32" balsa. Motor mount is 1/4" lite ply, fuel-proofed with 3 coats Balsarite. Boy, has that stuff gotten expensive! Fin is 1/8" balsa. Servos are Hextronic 9g. For now, the throttle will be wired-open, though I may install a servo later on, should it survive long enough.
