Robert, have you look into a precut kit building? Price wise they are reasonable and having thing cut to fit saves some labor/time. I know you can get them in standard wood construction as well as in metal building you bolt to a slab. Granted you may want to make a few improvements like a heavy wood floor if its on piers or a positive roof vent system, I used both on the small wood building I built. Just a thought.
