yes that helps. I'm running Futaba and have the Flaps on separate channels so it's a little easier to program. I too am using a 3 position switch (up, half , full deployment ).
Due to the poor flap installation I am only getting about 30 deg at full deployment and 12 deg at mid. that will have to be enough. I'm not ready to tear it all out to fix. I have gotten all the geometry issues sorted out and will have to replace both control horns on the inner flaps. So things are on hold till my order arrives in the mail.
