As you guys may know I'd started representing the IBU line for North America earlier this year.
I'd set up a eCommerce site with Yahoo business which I've not been completely satisfied with
and some while later Yahoo sold their eBusiness site business to another company. This was accompanied by a flurry of emails and things for me to do which I just haven't had time to keep up with
as I still do have a full time 'day job'.
The site has always used the latest controls for orders and I used to get notifications when orders were placed. Orders have always been low volume but recently I was approached by brother tankers that they've not received any response from orders they placed. In short, notifications has stopped so I need to find out how to fix it.
