Hi John,in the instructions it shows as 5deg right thrust but no down on the engine, just the engine mounted on the engine bearers which probably why you are climbing when you go past 1/4 throttle,and i believe the right incidence is 0 for lower wing and Stab and the top wing should stall first at +2 or minus 2 , i am not sure which it is that makes the wing stall first , i have recently purchased 2 of these kits of Ebay as i think i got lucky so i do have plans as well as instructions, i have taken pics of the instructions if you want them just email me and i will send them to you no worries.
