I think it's more of an issue with the HL quality variance in their builds, rather than clarks...........One could follow Clarks instructions and get a good result, providing the HL tank is assembled and wired the way Clark assumes it is. This is the problem I think. The Clark board is okay for the price. Just not an easy swap out for the un-educated I fear.
