I would say anything other than a ready to run or a straight out of the box kit is a build. IF you buy a bunch of eto marketed schumo metal parts and begin to detail up your tank, your building.

Have fun, that's the point. As I say to lots of folk, if your not having fun, your doing something wrong, occasionally I fall into that and set it aside and come back later, hence my long delay on the M3 Lee project. It stopped being fun. I will go back to it eventually.
