Seems like the ESC is shutting off the motor. Could be low voltage: Bad connection to battery, Battery voltage dropping too low. Or something wrong with motor after crash.
If you can get a watt meter on it, run it on the ground and watch the voltage between batt and esc. If it drops below 10 V most escs will shut off the motor to save the pack and or prevent a fire.
If volts are okay check watts/amps. If that goes above the rating of the ESC or motor it will likely shut off. Crash damage may cause motor to draw more amps, bent shaft etc.
Otherwise look carefully at all wiring for breaks in insulation, pinches etc.
