This is the very reason why we have so many laws on the books that go unenforced. Good, law-abiding people stand by and let the government walk all over them with unnecessary regulations that do nothing but pad someone's pocket book. The modeling community has a proven track record for safety and we have made the FAA very aware of our position on this issue. They chose to ignore us against all reason and common sense. Now, we have no other choice but to stand up and take our modeling futures into our own hands; just like they did with CB radios in the 70's.
