And every single time you keep posting this incorrect information , I WILL be here to post the rebuttal !

Sport , first off , you said some months ago that your not presently flying model aircraft . You are here for the talking points only . No problem , I know of NO requirement to be a "presently active flyer" to post to RCU .

BUT !

Common courtesy to the folks who read these posts is to provide the TRUTH , not shrouded in your whimsy , conjecture , and flat out purposeful misinterpretation of the statute as presently written !

You , telling people your LIE about the 400 foot limit very well COULD cause someone who reads that lie to get themselves in a whole world of trouble should something bad happen at 8 or 9 hundred feet . The person involved will , naturally , point out YOUR dozens of posts where you proclaim as fact that the 400 foot limit doesn't exist . Now's your chance to go getting all lawyer here on me , BUT , you damned well know that encouraging folks to break a law , when you have been told repeatedly here that your wrong and so there is proof that you've been informed of your flawed position , will most certainly put you in the same type of risk as one who yells "FIRE !" in a crowded theater when no fire exists . You are , by "playing expert" with something you obviously haven't researched very well , knowingly enticing others to commit a crime (and YES Sport , knowingly disobeying ANY federal agency is a crime , whether you abhor that agency or not !)

Continue to spread your lie at your own peril , this post will serve notice of you having been informed of your "mistake" , now it's up to you to knock off the foolishness and stop giving out false info .

To be continued , I'm sure ........
