Hey Thomas! Didn't know you bought one! I looked at mine today to remember the mounting. I don't see any reason that you can't do it that way. You will only get about an extra inch forward. I am sure it will help eliminate some nose weight. Let me know when you are going to maiden, and I will come out to watch.
