I have a Jetcat 140RX in mine and can confirm it has plenty of power but not unlimited vertical.

If you keep the CG within sensible limits there is no problem with elevator response or tip stalling. My CG is such that with tanks empty if you lift the nose the model will sit down on its tail.

Flap throw is around 40 degrees.
