On my 18MZ I assign the flap switch to set flight conditions and separate the trims for each condition. Then all you do is fly and re- trim at each flap setting and the mixing is set automatically. If you slow down the flap servos you can slow down the trim change with each condition so no zooming when flaps go down.

I used the full bypass and still had problems with the main gear doors not wanting to close. I finally replaced them with Ultra Precision larger ones.
