Sounds like you found the answer. 6mm offset fit flush. That is what I use. I bought a 190 wide car. I bought a 200 wide body. The 6mm off set looks good. I did have to modify the wheel opening on the front for the wheels to clear while turning. Only one mm off on each side. No big Deal.
