The one on the right with the cigar looks very much like Brigadier General Jack D. Ripper in the movie Dr. Stranglove (Or how I learned to stop worring and love the bomb). So much that I wonder if that was the idea behind him?

They are neat but with only a few designs they will get old quickly.
