Your right Erik, it would take from the experience. Loosing that peripheral kills ya in battle though. If everyone is using it then your on the same playing field. Just going to be a long battle of people driving around trying to find the enemy, especially on a larger battlefield. Cool technology, just not real practical as you also lose the ability to communicate with your platoon/teammates. There's a reason why this stuff has been out for 5+ years and not caught on with the IR tank battling, same with the other novelty options available with some of the aftermarket boards. Ok, enough poopoo'ing this, just my experiences and observations playing with around the house and Danville. It is cool to take some awesome vids of driving around or taking video's of battles on a tank perspective.
