I have to agree with Vettster here in that a customer should not have to do that.
However, in today's world, unfortunately, being the "squeaky wheel" is sometimes required to make things happen, and when it is, the result is usually better if you go right to the top of the source to get greased instead of trying to do it publicly...
I'd call John instead of continuing this thread...
