I don't think the "can" is an unusual part, they get dented in just about any crash. Sometimes just with heavy hands or a fumble
Also, don't think he's expecting results on the forum but, the message is to anyone considering a Jetcat purchase: Don't expect support....in a timely fashion and you better be prepared to "chase" the owner around to get anything happening.
