Yes. That is the runway(s) used for pylon and the gravel area to the south is the parking/camping area. The giant tent is setup just north of the asphalt parking lot just north of the gravel parking lot and to the east of the asphalt "road" leading to the runway. Just to clarify, the first asphalt north of the gravel is not a runway. Its a parking lot. The runway(s) are the two asphalt strips that form an X. Which is nice since you have a bit of a crosswind runway to land on depending on wind direction.

Set backs are more than enough

Those asphalt areas further to the north are used for control line events, at least during the NATs. Some cool combat, speed going on and the stunt guys usually fire up a pulse jet powered stunt plane at night that is worth a watch/listen.
