Little bit of progress with the build tonight.

Completed the CS gearing. So fiddly!!

Forgot to order 2 x aluminium 13t gears so I've settled for stock ones instead. However cautionary tale as the stock ones are not great at fitting alongside the aluminium ones. The stock gears use Spring pins which have a defined hole. The aluminium gears use grub screws, which allow a better fit for the belts, which in turn will reduce friction and give longer life. My advice...buy all aluminium gears before you start you d3 build. It will do for now though.



its also worth noting that when you buy the solid axle, be sure to buy the HD axle cups. The stock axle is a different layout altogether.
