Some Moth pilots find set-up easier by removing and installing the wings already assembled. That is - remove the gear, prop, cabane/fuse screws and lower wing bolts, then slide the wing assembly off as a unit. Sounds like lots of work as well but maybe easier than messing with those 4-40s and flying wires.
